A - Extremely hazy appearance that's borderline opaque. Medium golden tan in color with a heavy, creamy/bubbly lacing ring around the top. Carbonation is very, very low.
S - Lots of sweet citrus on the nose with a touch of creaminess.
T - Citrus dominates from start to finish with some spicy frutiness and some peppery zing. Ends very balanced with some lingering fruit sweetness. Hoppy sweet resin starts to build as I work through the can.
M - Very thick, frothy, and wet on the texture with a definite lingering coagulation of saliva on the back end due to the lactose.
O - This is worth seeking out, I've been impressed with Saucony Creek's IPA's.
