Bottle #2 of 69.
A - Dark brown / black colored pour with caramel colored head. When this $25 cork and cage bottle was popped it exploded from over-carbonation and sprayed the area. Pouring into the glass leaves 1/4 beer and 3/4 foam.
S - Aroma is chocolate with sweet acidic cherry aroma.
T - Chocolate, light cherry, and some delicate coconut on the very back end.
M - Medium body and over-carbonated "airy-ness" and foam on the tongue.
O - Very excited to try this beer with hand signed bottles and a total number of 69. Turned out to be a total waste of $25, this bottle is definitely infected.
