A - Dark amber pour with nice clarity and thin off white lacing.
S - Biscuity toasted caramel malt aroma.
T - Rich complex malt flavor from start to finish with a very mild/delicate earthy hop finish. Biscuity toasted caramel malt sweetness and with a little bit of roasted caramel.
M - Thick and silky mouthfeel with light prickly carbonation. Wet finish.
O - This is a nice break from hoppy beers, hittin' the spot right now. 'Wish more American craft brewers would offer this style.
