Poured from a Crowler that was filled at the brewery on 05-04-21.
A - Pours a very hazy (that's borderline opaque) dark golden tan color with a thick layer of bubbly, white creamy lacing.
S - Apricot, fruity, tropical fruit, some orange citrus, and a slight bit of tropical oil on the nose.
T - Starts sweet and ends slightly on the bitter side with a nice bittersweet lingering flavor. Starts out with sweetness up front: apricot, some mango, spicy fruit rind, and some herbal character before transitioning to pine giving it a more bitter finish.
M - Big, thick body with some delicate carbonated pricklies on the tongue.
O - This one is unique compared to other IPA's from Saucony Creek as it carries more bitterness.
