We welcomed our friends Retriever Brewing Company Orefield, PA into the brewery at Saucony Creek to collaborate on a new IPA with us. Combinations of Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe hops were generously used throughout the brew. Full bodied, very hoppy with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry bitter finish. Cheers to good neighbors!

Canned 4/6/22
L: Slightly hazy gold with what looks like heavy carbonation. 2 finger white head. Good lacing.
S: Citrus, sweet fruit, berry
T: Taste is not quite as bright as the nose. Grapefruit pith dominates.
F: Medium bodied, lingering bitterness
O: Pretty good beer. Excellent can.

A - Medium gold colored pour with nice clarity and dense soapy white lacing.
S - Citrus, berry, some orange, and sweet grapefruit on the nose.
T - Some tangy orange citrus, sweet red grapefruit, berry, and ends with some piney bitterness and a nice lingering citrus oily residue.
M - Medium body with gentle carbonation and a wet finish.
O - I really dig the lingering oily hop residue on the backside after the sip. This is a really nice IPA and I'd buy more of this.
