A - Dark brown pour with a dense light caramel colored lacing ring.
S - Nice robust nose of roasted chocolate with light char and an almost sweet maple nuance buried in the nose.
T - Follows the nose with a solid chocolate roast malt base that isn't overpowering whatsoever. Ends with a nice lingering balance between sweet and bitter chocolate.
M - A nice healthy, medium body that leaves the back of the tongue dry and the rest of the mouth wet.
O - This is really nicely done.
