A - Pitch black pour with a dense, creamy, caramel layer of foam resting on top.
S - Moderate chocolate roast aroma with a complimentary hit of caramel and Bourbon.
T - Chocolate roast, light char, cherry, oak, vanilla, a delicate hit of caramel toffee, and Bourbon. Nice lingering chocolate char and oak Bourbon.
M - Thick and silky with light warming on the way down.
O - Nicely done, Saucony!
