Visited in 2018 and beer was terrible. Not a single New England IPA or interesting beer on tap. If they dont learn to make really good beer they will not last. Too many other breweries that really know what they are doing. Sorry Battle Road, I have to tell it like it is.

LOVE this place. The food is good. People are nice. Very crowded on Friday and Saturday. Very slow service though be prepared to wait for your food. It could take a while. I found the ribs very good. Great addition to maynard ma which at first sight has little to offer. The beer is GOOD

This place is hard to find. I recommend going to their website to get GPS address and even then the building is over a quarter mile across an empty parking lot.
First impression is of real smoke from a barbecue. Very attractive. Unfortunately, the ribs I ordered were burnt and dried out. The sides and sauces, though, were very good.
Service was friendly and knowledgeable. The beer list had eight selections, with only two having a color past gold. The quality is middle-of-the-road.

Nice spot on the "water" in a reclaimed mill/brick building. Pretty busy on a Saturday night with a crowd of all ages, even some families oddly enough well into the night. Service was quite poor, even given the benefit of the doubt with this being a somewhat new location. Food was really good but literally took most of the night to get to us. Don't know how that's even possible. Beer took almost equally as long. Which might have been a good thing because it allowed me to keep my wits after several beers earlier at Medusa in Hudson on their 2nd Anniversary night. Overall not a bad place for a town on the rebound. Beer was very mediocre and they should be able to realize this and improve the recipes. For many reasons, I don't see myself going back, but I'm sure they'll do just fine considering their surroundings and the dearth of options in the area.
Note: owned by Greg Hill, aka "Hill-Man" from WAAF, and he was making the rounds on this particular night. Nice guy but quite drunk, I'd like to add. Been told he owns several other bars/restaurants in New England. Kewl.
