Peach colored hazy liquid, with a few floaties.
Lots of sour peach on the nose, together with a bit of elderflower and citrus. Reminds me of a kind of Swedish soft candy.
The taste is very fresh and tart. Not very sour. The peach is ripe here as well, along with a slightly milky taste. Then when the peach goeas away, a fist of grapefruit hits you in the mouth, in a good way. More sour at the end.
This is very easy to drink, light with lots of lively bubbles.
Overall, this is a very refreshing beer, unlike anything I´ve really tried before. Well balanced, will probably be a wonderful summer beer.
