A: Hazy straw-colored pour hides under a massive crystal white compact head (there must be wheat in this one). Decent lacings.
S: Rather mild smell; mild roasted malt, some bitter hops. Bready, almost like crisp-bread.
T: Bready malt, rye crisp-bread. Bitter hops. Nothing else is going on.
M: Long lovely bitter aftertaste. Body is smooth and medium, while carbonation is mild.
O: Lovely bitterness, but unbalanced and quite alone. The malt has no chance...
