Batch 10, 6.5% ABV, 100ibu, hopped with Centennial, Citra, Zythos, Cryo Mosaic.
On tap at the brewery.
Opaque orange-pineapple juice color with a creamy off-white head. Huge juicy & tropical hop aroma: passion fruit, pineapple, mango, citrus. Tropical fruit juice flavors with notes of grapefruit, mango, tart passion fruit, Mandarin orange, and a bit of pine resin. Full creamy body turns to hop oils sticking to the palate on the dry & bitter finish. Good utilization of some great hops that creates a very solid NEIPA.
