Black in color, opaque, thick cream colored head. Moderately strong vanilla and chocolate aroma. Moderately sweet, flavor is a little underwhelming. Thinner bodied for a porter

From the growler, it pours a dark brown with a luscious tan head. Lacing as you enjoy it. Vanilla is, amazingly, present in the nose. It is not overpowering in the mouth, however, which makes this a delectable porter: creamy, roasted malty with some vanilla notes. Yum!
