Poured from bottle bought a couple days ago.
My first Spiced Braggot and it was a long journey on my taste buds.
L - No head from my experience, but a nice, clear golden yellow color going on.
S - Heavy honey scent mixed in with what I thought was cinnamon and many other spices I could not identify.
T - Tasted like no other beer I've tried before. Tasted like a winter drink, very warm in the stomach. Lots of spices mixing on the tongue and apple peel on the way down. What a journey!
F - Very much a desert drink, reminds me of hearty Christmas time drinks.
Overall a very memorable beer. I was never really exposed to Mead before so this sure threw me into the action. Very spiced along with other crisp fruit flavors. I'm new to beer critiquing but I know I will purchase another one of these babies.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
