Had two at the brewery on Saturday, served in pint glasses. Pours a clear straw color with a small white head. Smell is of some sweet malts and a strong back bone of herbal hops. Wow, did not expect the flavor on this one, total hop bomb here. The malts are in the back totally and barely give off any flavor. The dominant profile is those herbal and dank Mosaic hops. A touch of lemon and honey nectar near the end, but dominated by the hops. Finishes a tad bit sticky, but lighter bodied. Overall the hoppiest beer I've had from Thimble, even more so than their Ghost Island.
