32oz growler from the brewery. Pours a translucent pale golden color with no head. Very little lacing. The aroma is sour and salty but a noticeable amount of Mosaic hop aroma. A bit dank and fruity. The taste is tart and acidic with the sea salt coming out more towards the end. The finish is where you get the fruity berry flavors along with more lime and salt. Somewhat wheaty. Not much carbonation and very easy to drink. The addition of the Mosaic hops is an interesting one and it works well blending the sourness with some fruity hop notes. Overall, I'll be grabbing this one again.

Had at Thimble Island on Friday night, this beer just got released within the week. They also had a cask version that was with peaches, needless to say I indulged in both (see below for this quick comparison). The regular Gosaic pours a bright yellow with a thin white head, the beer itself is quite cloudy. Spotty lacing.
Smell is kind of unexpected, there's an underlying sweet malt and lactic sour, but upfront are these heady, dank mosaic hop notes, too. It's a bit jarring at first but eventually the two blend a bit. Flavor doesn't have the crazy mixture as much, Gosaic is pretty tart with a prominent brine like saltiness. Some fruit notes from the sweet malts and mosaic hops. Finishes somewhat dry with a slight bitterness and earthy dankness.
Overall a pretty cool beer, I'm not totally sold on using mosaic with a gose, but I found the final mixture to be quite refreshing.
Cask: The version casked with peaches was a bit better, the mosaic hops were a bit more subdued and overall beer was sweeter and featured juicy peach notes that mixed with the gose flavors. I liked this one a hair more just because it was bursting with so many flavors.
