Dry hopped with over two pounds of hops per barrel and loaded with tons of Amarillo and Mosaic hops. Bursting with flavor, this New England style IPA is brewed with a simple malt bill to bring out hints of juice, pineapple, citrus, tropical flavors and aromas from the hops.

Poured from a can, dated 4/24/18.
Look is a very slightly hazed copper gold, with a pillowy off-white head.
Smell and taste are good, hops with pineapple and citrus, tropical fruits and a dark hop-resin quality. Not much malt character other than a slightly sweet honey-caramel.
Feels smooth and soft on the palate, with a bit more bitterness than expected, and a slick resinous finish. Barely a hint of the 8%abv.
Overall, a solid (double?) IPA. I'd say it's not hazy/juicy enough and is too bitter (79 IBU) to really call it a modern NEIPA (although they say it on the can), rather it's a classic IPA from New England. Very good!
Glad to drink it, and to see another nice beer in this series!

A: crystal clear; medium gold in color; 1+ finger ivory head that receded to a wispy cap; nice lacing;
S: citrus first, then floral; caramel in the background;
T: citrus up front, then floral; nice malt backbone behind it; mild bitterness on the finish;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish; smooth - hides the ABV well;
O: not especially interesting, but easy drinking;

Very good overall. It's labeled as a normal IPA but built more like a double. Dense and rich with medium carbonation and a clear orange-gold color. The flavors are very tropical – lychee stands out. Long, honeyed finish. A touch sweet for my taste.

IBU 79 - Srm 5 - Abv 8....Amarillo n Mosaic
Tall can, w/o canning date info to be had
Classic NE IPA look, sniff, taste, feel going on here...high quality beer alert...
Pours fully hazed, light tangerine, supports a nice looking fluffy, off white lasting and larger cap...foes to a super thick film, frothy collar and leaves webs and tongues of lace most of the way up the glass. Nice lookin brew...
Sniffer reveals aromas of sugary/candies tropical fruits, and some yeasty goodness.
Delicious brew, with notes of ripe tropical fruit, with pineapple, melon, mango coming to mind....yum yum...this is mighty tasty...go get some...how can I get some more?
