Appearance – Very hazy, deep yellow, with a thin ring of foam.
Aroma – Light oranges and lemons, but very faint. Hard to detect at the restaurant.
Taste – Apples and pears, but a bit odd. My wife did not like it at all. Somewhat bitter.
Mouthfeel – A bit thin and watered down, like apple juice but with bittering hops.
Overall – Not a successful experiment. Overall just off a bit.
