16 oz Can, 9 days Fresh
A: Pours a cloudy yellow/orange color. One finger of white bubbly head. Good retention with some sporadic lacing.
S: White grapes. Sweet. Zesty and fresh.
T/M: Dry. fruity. Grapes. A hint of pine. It’s Champagne like with less carbonation. Light bitterness with a dry finish. The aftertaste has a linger of white grapes.
O: Interesting. My first Brut IPA. The combination of grapes and a dry mouthfeel is nice. definitely will be good during the warmer months.
