A: cloudy; pale gold in color; 1 finger ivory head that receded to a thin collar; little lacing;
S: smells exactly like a mimosa;
T: tastes like a mimosa with a lot of club soda added to it; the carbonation is right, but the orange flavor is way too weak; very mild bitterness on the finish;
M: light to medium bodied; high carbonation; dry finish;
O: the aroma promised so much more than the flavor delivered;
