A: cloudy pale yellow color with a thin white head
S: lots of grains upfront with some grass and lemongrass. Generic citrus note and crusty bread. A touch of sweet lemon at the end
T: some faint caramel followed by a big crusty bread note. Lemongrass and earthy grains behind that. Some faint citrus zest that give a very mellow bitterness at that end
M: lighter side of medium with strong carbonation
O: decent brew, but missing much of the malt character I want from a Maibock. Not sure this is a style that needs dry hopping. Crisp but lacking some depth
