Copenhagen 22/2 2020. 44 cl can from Vinbørsen, Nordre Frihavnsgade, Kbh. Ø. Drawing on the label showing the highway from a biker's position
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with fruity sweetness and a more tart, citric twist. Sweet, exotic fruit like papaya and peach. Medium strong notes of citrus and grapefruit.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick oily, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Fairly intense. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while.
Well-made, solid IPA. Not extreme or adventurous. But a pleasant drink.
