Our collab. with the guys from Wild Weather Ales.
Tart, tangy, with a sweet aroma and raspberry notes. Slightly herbal notes from the tea addition, too. Vegan-friendly.
Hops: Azacca

Other: Raspberry tea

Copenhagen 22/10 2019. 44 cl can from Mad & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. Two dancing Skeletons embracing Giant Raspberries on the can.
Pours pink-ish orange with a very big white head. Very Bubbly. Disappears after a short while leaving only a thin rim of foam along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is more sweet than sour. Fresh Berries and Lemonade. Raspberry, unripe Gooseberries, Orange juice and lemonade. Slightly sugary and lightly acidic.
Light carbonation . Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly more moderate acidic sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a lemonade twist. Lingers shorty.
A fairly sweet and a bit perfumed sour beer where the flavored seems to be behind the steering wheel.
