Pours clear golden honey into a tulip glass. The offwhite head is two-three fingers high with tiny crisp bubbles; it recedes very quickly to nothing.
Aroma is sweet, nectary and lightly malted wih no hint of melon so far. However, that changes immediately when tasting. The flavour starts with a mild honey flavour before the watermelon kicks in strong and lingers to the end. Halfway through the draw the wheat comes into play with some cereal influence giving the beer a slight biscuity flavour. It's a nice refreshing crisp beer that you can quaff very easily on a hot day, slightly reminiscent of Rekorderlig. The aftertaste is quite nectary with splashings of elderflower.
Feel is light and refreshing with some oilyness in the back. The beer is well carbonated but not excessively so.
Overall it's a thirst quenching beer with nice watermelon flavours. A little too sweet in some places but still good.
