Surprised this doesnt receive more praise. While it was best last summer on tap, this 2016 can release is very good and id say dramatically better than the malt bomb that Mosaic IPA is. Great aroma, with a nice golden light malt body. This is not session-able, but drinkable, and should really be there standard IPA.

Pale light yellow. Quite clear. Small white head that settles in to a consistent crown, and sticks to the glass like barbecue to your ribs.
The nose here offers an incredible bouquet of juicy citrus, orange petals and a fresh grassy edge that leads into an almost apple juice sweetness as it warms. Touch of lemonade too. Creamy.
Flavour takes some of the brightness of the nose and tones it down to a more blunted approach better suited to the session moniker. Grassy with an incense/floral sweetness to it, I get some of that citrus again, and a pine bitterness as well. Just a whisper of what I'd call dank, but pulled waaaay back. Light malts before giving back over to mild nectar sweetness and light piney bitterness for the finish.
I honestly shy away from the 'session' IPAs a lot of the time, for a couple of reasons. This is one, though, that shows that it can still be a thoroughly enjoyable beverage, and more than just a trendy buzzword. Crisp and refreshing, and low alcohol... I could definitely see working through a fair few of these on a sunny afternoon. Well done Community, and thanks to @Domvan for bringing it to my glass!!
