L: Clear Straw gold color, with none of the haze you would expect from a wit. Small head and very little lacing, some carbonation bubbles.
S: Mango, banana, some lemon peel, some toasted grain and a mineral note.
T: Mango and toasted malt, a little banana and a slight lemon peel bitterness.
F: Light body, medium carbonation, easy drinking.
O: A solid wit but nothing special.
