Gold colored body with lots of carbonation and a sustained, creamy white head. Wheat and light grain aroma with a hint of aged fruit; pear and dried apricot. Light bread malt flavors coupled with an even-handed hop bitterness midway through the finish. Medium-bodied; crisp, clean, and dry finish.
An interesting take on the German pilsner style, pretty much meeting it head-on with a subtle yet unique aroma. Great balance and complexity throughout. Easy drinking.

Pours a finger of nearly white fine head over a clear light straw colored liquid. nice streamers rising up from the bottom of the glass. Smells vegetal and oxidized. Grassy hops that smell like the spicy zip has left. Caramel and munich malt. Perhaps a wild yeast or belgian yeast adding some phenolic edge.
Tastes contaminated. Wild or belgian yeast phenols over mild hop spicy. Wet sweet is present, but the hops peppery is not where it needs to be for the style. Dry and thin in the mouth with medium-heavy sharp carbonation. If you try this one, expect it to be a belgian take on a german pils. For me, it was a dumper.

Pours a faded brown, thin caramel. Small white cap head simmered to a collar. This doesn't look like a pilsner
Doesn't really smell like one, either. Light caramel and biscuit aromas blended, or colliding, with some hop profiles. Earthy hops with some pine and weak citrus. Nothing grassy or bright
Flavor: malty and faded. The hops and yeast provide the bite, with carbonation taking them for a ride. Not crisp. Malt is more caramel than biscuit and seems strained.
This has a hollow feel to it. It's jagged and loose. If you're looking for a fresh, crisp pilsner...this is not it. More of a pale ale, but lighter.
