Reminds me of Hopslam, and nearly as good. Mildly sweet, mildly thick, balanced mix of hops. Listed at 100 IBUs, but the bitterness is integrated so well with the fantastic flavors that you don’t notice it. Exceptional.

This is a dark amber, big IPA with some citrus and pine notes. 100 IBU maybe but no huge hoppy bite (no Centennial!). This is one of Anthony's best!

Aroma is a complex mix of fruit, floral and citrus. The flavor is citrus/fruit, grapefruit, malts and a mix of spicy/alcohol and big hop resin in the finish.

My old neighbor from Oswego gave me a can of this. It poured a clear amber with white head that is leaving a nice ring lace. The scent was sweet tropical fruit. The taste was leaned sweeter and easy to drink. Tropical fruit juice presence. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.

Dark reddish orange, sticky lacing around the edges and lasting surface skim.
Aroma is old school, lots of caramel malt sweetness, pine and fruitcake.
Taste is ok, big malty heaviness with some pine and orange liqueur notes.
Sticky sweet and fruity, too sweet for my taste but not bad. Moderate carb level, full bodied. Overall it's decent, just not what i'm into as far as DIPA's go.

Poured from a growler. Clear Amber color with a nice fluffy head. Dominant tropical hops in the nose. Taste is fruity and tropical, with a nice bitterness right behind. The malt sweetness pops in and out real quick and doesn't affect the finish. Overall really nice. I have been critical of Triptych in the past, but this is the second straight winner for me.
