Brewed with over 750 pounds of Pineapple puree, our Meme yeast, and a combination of Galaxy, Azacca, and Equinox hops, this beer presents a nose full of tropical fruit and pineapple sweetness. The flavor is full of some of the same before finishing into a crisp but balanced bitterness.

32oz resealable crowler, filled on 10.6.17, poured into a Triptych Brewing shaker pint.

The beer pours a very hazy and cloudy apricot color, copper and orange hues with a foamy white head that has very good retention and yields large swatches of soapy lace. The aroma is bursting with pineapple juice, fresh, tropical, snappy, underlying citrus juice, wildflower and soft pale grain. The flavors are in line with the nose, tons of pineapple juice, tropical, tangy, fresh and bright with some underlying floral qualities, citrus juice, a bit of bitter grapefruit peel, pale grain and light mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating medium body, a bit slick and though it's lively and has ample carb, the pineapple definitely makes this feel "juice like" rather than beer like at times though the finish is crisp and dry.

Verdict: A nice take on the Meme beers from Triptych. Super expressive pineapple and it feels pretty natural and is pretty darn delicious. I wish the body had a bit more of a "beer like" heft to it and showcased a bit more hop flavor, but all in all, this is a tasty beer that is super easy going.
