Great BIG fresh complex but not overdone IPA. Not too citrusy, but for this very fussy IPA fan Anthony made a great #400. Congrats!

Canned 10/20, drank 12/6

Pours very similar to other hazy NEIPA-style beers: cloudy, light orange with a creamy head. The aroma and taste were citrusy with a bit of peach, and I detected no grassiness. Although pleasantly light in body, I missed the spiciness and heavy fruit that characterizes some of the other offerings form Triptych. (I'm not saying those elements were never there, as this one sat in a can for over 6 weeks) Overall, however, I enjoyed this beer!

Canned 10/20/17; drank 12/3/17 @ the Yarchives.

Opaque orange appearance.

A rough pour yielded a HUGE bright white head; strong, frothy lace.

Cane sugar & grapefruit notes in the nose.

Medium thick, sticky mouthfeel.

Cane sugar & grapefruit flavors; no booze heat.

Tangy & too sweet. Drinkable but not enjoyable.

I tried this beer at my old neighbor's house in the 'Wego. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had nice citrus peel flare. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with citrus peel and hint if pine presence. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall another excellent beer from TT!
