One of the first lagers brewed at our new brewery and all we could think about was stupid Flanders. It's a pretty simple recipe, made almost entirely with German Pilsner malt, Mount Hood hops, and German lager yeast. We think it pairs well with summer.

My old neighbor and good friend from Oswego gave me a can of this. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had hints of roasted grain and corn. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grain presence and smooth finish. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.
