A hazy pale ale built around the usual malt suspects, hopped with New Zealand Motueka, El Dorado and Azacca hops. We fermented with a slightly different yeast and the result is quite fruity, with notes of lime, peach sherbet.

My good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego gave me a can of this beer. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent was more bitter pine leaning the citrus. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tart fruit bitterness. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a good beer.

Pours a hazy orange juice with a huge, creamy white head. Big lacing.
Smells of huge, Citrus hop. A big wave of grapefruit. Also pick up bread smell.
Taste of candied citrus especially orange and grapefruit. Peppery quality sneaks through. Garlic and onion just slight. The English malt smooth the edges. A slight oat quality
Smooth mouthfeel.
Another wonderful Triptych offering.
