Appearance - Pours black with a nice finger of tan head that settles to a thin ring. No lacing.
Aroma - Big maple nose on this one, sweet nice toffee, vanilla, light bourbon, milk chocolate.
Taste - The maple does not come out as much in the taste as it did in the nose. Still maple dominate vanilla, milk chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon bourbon is present but very well balanced. No alcohol at all.
Feel - Well carbonated, smooth creamy dry finish. Little heat coming through.
Overall - Well done stout, smooth rich easy drinking not overly sweet.
