Aroma is bananas/cloves, malts and mild sweetness/spicy Belgian yeast. The flavor is fruit punch/light citrus, malts, cloves/bananas and a spicy Belgian yeast/mild caramel sweet/alcoholic finish.

Thanks to falloutsnow, canned 2021/01/08
Pours a large white fizzy 1.5 finger head with med retention, bubbly, touch of lacing, hazy sediment filled med orange-gold color
Nose isn't bad, citrus, orange cream notes with vanilla icing, phenol spices with vanilla and a little potpourri like spice and a touch peppery, creamy doughy wheat like with a little cake batter, touch of perfumey alcohol and candy like, candied sweet orange
Taste sweet malt again, a bit syrupy, with some cake batter, doughy wheat like, candied citrus and orange cake batter with vanilla icing again, a little perfumey alcohol and coriander like spices, a little green plant and pepper note, touch of bitterness, a little bitterness, sticky semi dry finish with a little perfumey alcohol, citrus, more spices
Mouth is med to a bit fuller bod, little warming slight tingly alcohol, med to higher fizzy almost effervescent carb, light warming alcohol
Overall not bad, decent tripel with nice overall characters, but not quite in teh way of traditional Tripels, but still nice Belgian characters

Pours an opaque, golden-straw with almost no head and plenty of carbonation.
Lots of malt and bubble gum.
Incredible malt, banana, clove, spice, brown sugar and bubblegum taste.
Lighter mouthfeel that is crisp and refreshing. No way a 9.1.

Pours a clear golden with about a finger's length of foamy white head. Taste is very clean with a bit of bubblegum. Definitely not overpowering. Medium body, but very easy to drink for 9.1%. Strong example of the style and another solid beer by Triptych.
