My good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego gave me a can of this beer. It poured an opaque dark with no head and no lace. The scent had dark fruit with maple syrup and bourbon highlights. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet molasses base and boozy presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
