16 oz can canned 10/16/24 into a shaker pint glass.
L: SRM 5 pours honey golden amber with a thin tight eggshell white head, light steady carbo, full glass complex lacing with sheeting and some light banding.
S: Hard candy, pineapple, sweet fruits, a hint of grains, wet dog.
T: Honey, citrus zest, fruit bread, resin, quite bready esp in the aftertaste & linger, a note of gently sweet caramelized malts, it has a slight resinous and zesty linger and is semi-full flavored.
F: Very lightly brisk then silky smooth medium-bodied feel with a full center and a med-long length moderately dry finish.
O: I truly appreciate the breadiness this beer offers. A pale Ale with Lager notes that must be from Pilsner malts. Lightly sweet and resinous, tastes are fairly bold and firm yet it drinks quite easily. Well balanced and extremely tasty. It is excellent in its style.

Appearance: A bubble show builds into a three-finger head over the relatively clear golden liquid; solid retention and a few shards remain
Smell: Bready malt with grassy/herbal hop tones
Taste: Bready malt flavors forward with an earthy, somewhat fruit element; through the middle, a grassy/herbal bitterness develops that lingers into the finish; some sulfur in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Some unusual flavors perk up here as there as some pilsner aspects more than West Coast elements
Thanks, falloutsnow, for the opportunity

Really very nice for a pale ale on the lighter side - amazing how they could pack so much flavor and bouquet into this beer. Very flowery and tasty. Poured a clear gold and left some nice lacing. It says a "West Coast" Inspired pale ale - but I didn't find much piney bitterness that seems to be more distinctive in this style - to me it was more reminiscent of a New England IPA without the haze (or the ABV). Either way, a very tasty beer that I'd gladly get again - and that's coming from a guy who doesn't have much room for session beers of any type...cheers!
