A hazy double IPA featuring Zappa, Strata & El Dorado hops. Tons of tropical fruit, hints of weed and coconut follow through a spicy finish.

I got a tall boy can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a slightly hazy golden with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent and taste had bitter tangerine flare and presence. Overall it is a great beer.

16oz can. Bottom date stamp reads 'BORN 12/28/23 BEST BY 03/28/24'. This version features Strata and Cashmere hops, and includes the tagline "To The Moon!".
Hazy, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head, and it takes a few minutes for this to become a thin cap and high ring. Leaves behind curtains of lacing.
Aroma of orange, grapefruit, dank herb, mango, and bready malts.
Taste is juicy with flavors of orange, dank weed, mango, grapefruit, peach, a bit of pineapple, and earthy/floral tidbits. Sweet bready malt base. Perfume in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Noticeably fizzy. The only slight bitterness comes from the dank weed flavor. Very good carbonation.
Well made IPA, well balanced IPA, and multi-flavored IPA.

First beer from Triptych, an Imperial IPA. The beer is 46 degrees and served in a tulip glass. The pour of the beer created a delightful bright white two-fingered head. The head is creamy, foamy, and airy, leaving some lacing on the glass as it slowly dissipated. The beer's color is medium straw yellow with golden hues charting around SRM 7. This beer is hazy, not sure if it is NEIPA or an IPA. Nonetheless, the appearance of the beer is stellar.
The initial aromas in the beer are floral, orange, grapefruit, mango, and guava. Nosing further, I detect cracker, lightly toasted malts, floral, and herbal.
I taste oranges, peaches, mangos, pineapple, pharmaceutical, dankness, earthiness, crackers, bready, lightly toasted malts, and a hint of caramel.
The mouthfeel is astringent, creamy, and coating.
The body of the beer is medium-plus, medium carbonation, and a medium finish.
A lot of floral and herbal notes with hops mixed with green grasses. The malt is not as firm as I prefer. This IPA is okay.

16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Canned 5/4/21, had 6/1/21.
Pours a hazy pale yellow, with a one and a half inch foamy head with decent retention and a good amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of pineapple, orange, some mango, light coconut. Smells grassy, a little herbal. Flavors of pineapple, malt, some orange and mango, light coconut. Tastes herbal and a little grassy. Smooth, juicy, a very good lighter body, well carbonated.
Nothing unique, but solid across the board. Thirst quenching and highly drinkable. Very enjoyable.
