Tart ale with dragon fruit and passion fruit purees. Massive amounts of tropical flavor with tongue-twisting sourness.

Pours a seriously beautiful translucent ruby red with a pretty pink head that dissipates immediately. It smells quite sour with hints of the dragon and passion fruit tropical flavors, but is dominated by an acidic funky smell. The taste has a surprising maltiness up front thats complimented by the fruity sourness from the fruits. In the grand scheme of sours this one edges closer towards the sour end of the spectrum, but it finishes clean with no overly acidic or sweet flavors. It goes down easily without feeling like it's toe curlingly acidic, but it is slightly more sour than average. Overall very good.
