I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had subtle grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with grain and finishing hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Aroma is slightly sweet fruit and husky/grainy malts. The flavor is fruit/mild tropical fruit and a very husky/grainy/beery malt finish.

poured from a 16oz can into a new glarus dimpled mug. pours straw gold with just shy of three fingers of fluffy white head. as head resolves into a bubbly foam cap the beer itself settles into a beautiful chill-hazed gold. crackery and bready malts, clean lager yeast and grassy, floral hops. taste follows with a full, carbonated and crisp mouthfeel. triptych’s lager game has been strong lately. hope these heirloom lager series cans continue.
