Triptych Brewing

Poured from a 16oz can into a TG Assassin teku. Pours a hazy orange with over a finger of white foam head. Citrus and dank on the nose. More citrus but the taste is an even split with some noticeable bitterness to the finish. Guests of tropical fruit as it warms but also more alcohol / hop burn to it as well. Full mouthfeel. Nice carbonation to it. It’s been a little bit since I’ve had a Triptych IPA but they usually deliver. This one is no different. Far from my favorite form them but solid. Glad my buddy broke me off a can of his 4pk.

I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a smoothie hazy golden with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had good citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt base with bright ripe pineapple and mango presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.
