Triptych Brewing

I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured an opaque dark with tan ring head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had bold chocolate and vanilla notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to sip. There was a semi sweet dark chocolate malt base with big vanilla and marshmallow presence. The peanut was very subtle. The mouthfeel was fuller in body and smoove carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.
