A: Pours a crystal clear golden/yellow color. A dense white head forms with good retention and lace. This is a looker.
S: A simple aroma of grains and baked bread. That remind me of sourdough. A touch of earthy, and grassy hops.
T: Like the nose, baked bread and sourdough. A touch of honey like sweetness. Earthy, grassy hops that leaves a lingering bitterness. Which balances and dries everything out.
M/O: A light to medium body. Effervescent carbonation that becomes very smooth as this breaths. Super clean and finishes wonderfully dry. I can drink a lot of this.
Easily the best offering from Triptych that I have had. It simple overall, with a less is more approach. Really balanced, super clean and dry. A very nice Pilsner.
