Malt forward blonde ale that was infused with Intelligentsia whole bean coffee. Expect notes of malt, honey and vanilla perfectly balanced with hints of dark fruit, cocoa and molasses from the Intelligentsia coffee.

Poured from a 16oz can into a Forager pint glass. Pours a darker golden color with a little over a finger of quick-to-fade white foam head. Intense coffee aroma up front on the nose with some honey and even vanilla. Not sure if that’s the base beer or just the commingling of the base beer and whole bean coffee but it works really well. Taste matches the nose with coffee up front followed by honey and vanilla flavors. It is intense and flavorful but so easy drinking. It has a lush, medium-full mouthfeel. This is a great use of coffee that isn’t a stout or porter. I dig it.
