I got a tall boy can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured an opaque dark amber with ecru head that left some lace. The scent had very nice roast notes with subtle citrus highlights. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet dark chocolate malt base with mild citrus fruit hop presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.
