Cook Road Shell / Tap N Gas

A gas station with 24 taps for filling growlers? In Burlington!? That I pass every day on the way home from work?!?! This could be very dangerous. The employees are very friendly for a gas station though not very knowlegeable, but they are trying. They have a very nice set up with a stainless steel tap rack and 2 video screens advertising their taps and specials. The specials are very good with the normal price being average. They have a fairly good bottle selection that is pretty pricey if you build your own 6 pack although you get a discount if you buy 6 of the same. The growlers they fill seem to come up a little light so far but like I said, they're trying and if it's one of the specials you don't mind as much. They do tape the cap to prevent spillage in the car. Overall, I will have haunt this place for awhile to keep up with their progress and support them. Oh, one problem: you will walk out of there smelling like fried chicken...
