A dry-hopped take on a classic red ale, this beer is malt-forward with a strong hop background, sporting a vibrant amber colour and notes of honey graham crackers, cranberry and citrus.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From The Roundhouse Centre LCBO on Howard Ave. in nearby Windsor. Canned November 19/25. My 4th beer from the Toronto, Ontario brewery, and 3rd for 2026. Adoringly loved by Sundae the cat...

From a 473ml can dated 19/11/25 poured into a pint glass. A scant one finger fine tan head on a clear dark copper. The head soon diminished to a thin layer. Some patchy lacing.
Citrus hops in the nose. Tastes of caramel malts with a moderately bitter hop finish.
A medium body and good carbonation. Smooth and well balanced. Overall an interesting, easy drinking take on a classic style. It's called an "Irish Style IPA" on the can, which put me off a bit because I am not really an IPA guy, but this was actually pretty good. Would try again.
