Hop dominant West Coast IPA! Is there malt in this beer? This a bitter beer! The Chinook hops are the superstar of this IPA; complimented by a fair amount of Amarillo and Citra. The beer has a very dry finish that makes you want to take another sip until the glass is empty.

Yellow and gold, good clarity, 3/4" white head, average retention. Aroma seemed absent. Like possibly, no dry hopping whatsoever. If I search for it, I can find some vague C hop tree/grapefruit there, but it is like you gotta call out all the good ol boys from search and rescue to find it.
Taste is largely familiar, a little bit of a dry toasted pale malt background, some proprietary hops that impart a little bit of tropical feels, but its largely the grapefruit bitterness thing going on from C hops. Its got a nice dry finish that does hit those classic west coast feels. IBU levels around 75 I would guess. Carbonation was appropriate. Better than your average hoppy beer in Nevada.

Appearance: crystal clear golden yellow in color with a 1" head that lasts a while.
Smell: some lemon, earthy, and pine comes through.
Taste: grassy malt profile with pineapple, grapefruit, pine, and an earthy bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Crisp from start to finish. Dry bitter aftertaste.
Overall: a strongly bitter beer that has a great flavor profile and satisfies any hop head.
