Known as "The Dog Devil".
Appearance: clear golden yellow in color with a 1/2" head that fell to a thick surface foam that lasted.
Smell: the aroma was a wonderful mix of malts, citrus, yeast, and spice.
Taste: typical Belgian triple style, with yeast, coriander, mild citrus, and some saaz-like bitterness rounding it out. Alcohol barely noticeable. Overall I found this to be a toned down version of Duval.
Mouthfeel: lightly crisp and quite dry all around. The aftertaste was short with the spices and yeast tones.
Drinkability: Actually quite nice for the style. Alcohol is hidden, and if you are in the mood for this in the desert, this will suffice. Definitely worth a try.

Pours a beautifully clear 14K gold color with a nicely packed, dense layer of bright white lace that clings to the chalice.
Aroma of cracked wheat, some rubbing alcohol, corinader and Belgian Candi sugar.
Flavors are mainly on the lighter citrusy side but a distinctly spicy white pepper and coriander note creep in as it warms a bit.
Mouthfeel is right on for styl, effervescent and light yet mouth watering and palate coating, very good mix.
Drinkability was really good. Not the kind of place you expect to find a really solid Belgian style beer but this was a real keeper. 4 out of 4 for the night and $120 up in video poker. Time to go back to the motel.
