Got this on tap at the brewpub. Thin, clear amberish color. Mild malty/hop balance smell. Taste is very watery as expected with a mild malt flavor, but didn't remind me of a "bitter" at all. Not terrible, but too mild in flavor and tasted like a 2nd running of the grains.

Appearance: copper in color. One inch head leaves some spotty lace on the glass.
Smell: caramel and ripe fruit sweetness is mellow and hard to detect.
Taste: mild malt and slightly bready backbone. Caramel, figs, and plums sweetness are the strongest flavors. Some soft bitterness and dryness rounds this out.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp early on. Smooth and dry at the finish. Pretty clean finish despite the fruit sweetness.
Drinkability: this come across as a relaxing beer to drink. Easy to consume, but a bit dull after a while.

A- two finger thin white head sits upon a clear, dark copper brew. retent is good, and leaves milky lace on glass
S- malty, some dried dark fruit
T- malty, no outstanding hop characteristics just enough to balance any overpowering maltiness. dry tobacco like flavor, as well as fruit flavors like dates and figs
M- smooth medium body, just a tad sticky, low carbonation
D- a sessionable and malty brew with some nice character. not a beer i'd go out of my way for but, enjoyable none the less.
