Brutiful Minds is an American-Belgo Brut Ale. This beer should pour light golden with a frothy white head. Aromas of spice, banana and bubblegum from the Belgian yeast strain are balanced with citrus and stone fruit from American hops. This beer was brewed with the 2019 Pink Boots Society Hop Blend. Brutiful Minds will have a light mouthfeel with a touch of bitterness up front and a very dry finish.

Appearance: golden in color with a short head.

Smell: some spiciness and citrus comes through to the nose.

Taste: grainy malt sweetness with some lemon zest, hint of bubblegum, and the typical Belgian yeast spiciness.

Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp throughout with a dry finish. Long lasting aftertaste here.

Overall: easy to drink this brew, and hits the spot when you want a Belgian IPA for a change up in IPA styles.

Had on tap at the brewpub in Las Vegas. Belgian brut IPA was a new style for me, but it was very enjoyable. Crips and light bodied but with good hps presence and some Belgian yeast character.
