Look: copper in color with a wispy head.
Smell: some malt sweetness is the main aroma.
Taste: nice malty presence with some caramel, toasted bread, brown sugar sweetness, some alcohol, and a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium-heavy body beer. Light crispness at the start, smoother at the finish. Long lasting malty goodness.
Overall: a very tasty doppelbock that is slow drinking but very satisfying.
